The PSDR Series (SD) is an integrated system designed to paint and dry cabinet doors in a vertical orientation with the least amount of effort and space. Parts hang for spraying of all sides in one step.

Hang doors by common cup-hooks, or use our EFC Hinge Hooks for completely unmarred surface results (sold separately). The doors then hang on the spinner assembly which is designed to give the painter complete control of the hanging part. Heavy-duty metal hangers eliminate the annoying and costly failure of wooden clothes hangers. 18 feet of drying line allows tight spacing of 50 drying doors because the custom hanger hook radius matches the drying pole so the parts don’t spin.

The SD is designed for foolproof assembly in less than 10 minutes without tools. Tear down is just as fast into ballistic nylon bags for convenient storage and easy transport to the next job site.

So no more wooden clothes hangers on PVC pipe for spraying or extension ladders between step ladders for drying, the PSDR Series is a must for the commercial painter who values speed and efficiency in their paint process.

Well thought out piece of equipment

So this system makes painting cabinets a breeze. The spray rack allows you to spray both sides at once. I was able to comfortably fit 50 pieces on the drying racks. I would buy this tool over and over again.

I really can't say enough about the Paint Line products . A must for every cabinet painter cuts time down by a few days . Easy to assemble and take down looks very professional in customers home .you guys really nail it . Keep up the great work . Make your job easier!

Make your job easier! The PSDR is well designed and is built with the painter in mind. This product makes my job easier and also gives me peace of mind because the hangers are metal. If you ever had I wood hanger fail on you you know what I mean! The rotating spinner is great for making sure you don’t have missed edges on your doors and drawers. It’s great not to have to turn them by hand. I also like the fact that the hangers fit the hanging rack very well so the doors can’t turn when you hang them. The radius of the hanger fits the radius of the rack! Nice touch! Thank you Paint Line.

I bought the PSDR spray rack system about a month ago. I used it three times since. I absolutely love it! First off, it presents a very professional image as a painter. Secondly, it’s incredibly easy to set up (less than 10 minutes).

The ability to spray both sides of cabinets is a huge time saver. And, we all know...time is money.

I love the fact it comes with carry bags for all its parts. Incredible space saver and easy to transport.

For the price, I only wish cup hooks or hanging hinges were included. However, it’s not a complaint, rather a wish list item I’d would love future buyers to have.

Stop thinking about buying this item. Buy it! You’re paint life will be much more pleasurable. And, you’ll look cool painting.
