***Please carefully inspect your shipment and note any damage or shortage on ALL copies of the delivery documents BEFORE signing and returning to the driver. Replacement claims for damaged or missing items will not be honored if the carrier's copy is not noted.***

Please be aware that PaintLine cannot be held responsible for stolen items when sufficient proof of delivery can be provided. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team for assistance. By shopping with PaintLine, you agree to these terms regarding post-delivery theft.

Canada Shipping

Orders currently take between 1-2 business days to be processed and leave our warehouse in Mississauga ON.

For services via road, transit times are typically estimated to be between 7-10 days.
For services via rail, transit times are typically estimated to be approximately 15 days.

If you reside outside of the USA, UK or Canada and should wish to place an order, we are happy to facilitate; however, the customer must assume the liability of any import VAT fees and become the importer of record. Should you choose to accept that liability, PaintLine is not responsible for any additional delivery time and unexpected charges that may occur.
