***Please carefully inspect your shipment and note any damage or shortage on ALL copies of the delivery documents BEFORE signing and returning to the driver. Replacement claims for damaged or missing items will not be honored if the carrier's copy is not noted.***

Canada Shipping

We are currently facing logistical issues and are only able to service the Ontario and Quebec provinces. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by our limited shipping options and understand how frustrating this can be, especially for customers in other areas who are interested in our products.

Orders to Quebec and Ontario currently take between 1-2 business days to be processed and leave our warehouse.

For services via road, transit times are typically estimated to be between 7-10 days.
For services via rail, transit times are typically estimated to be approximately 15 days.

If you reside outside of the UK, UK or Canada and should wish to place an order, we are happy to facilitate; however, the customer must assume the liability of any import VAT fees and become the importer of record. Should you choose to accept that liability, PaintLine is not responsible for any additional delivery time and unexpected charges that may occur.
